Today, @10:30 AM City Councilor Marvin Rotrand announced and campaign to the public at Montreal City Hall press room, the enforcement of Tobacco Law. This week the Government of Quebec will table a major revision of the said Tobacco Law. He motioned to the City Council asking that Quebec emulate Ontario Bill 45.
